You can request permanent deletion of your Techno Feudal account at any time. We process requests within 30 days as required by GDPR and CCPA, and confirm by email when complete.
What gets deleted: your authentication record, profile, in-game progress, owned cosmetics, and chat history.
What stays: anonymized purchase records (kept for tax and accounting law), and aggregated/non-identifiable analytics.
Cannot be undone. Active subscriptions are cancelled but past payments are not refundable except per the refund policy.
