Refund Policy

This policy explains when refunds are available for purchases made in Techno Feudal. Different rules apply depending on where you purchased.
1. App Store and Google Play purchases
In-app purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are processed by Apple and Google. They handle refunds directly under their own policies — we do not have the ability to process store refunds on your behalf.
- Apple App Store: request a refund at
reportaproblem.apple.com. - Google Play: request a refund through your Google Play account or the Play Store app.
2. Web purchases (EU "right of withdrawal")
For purchases made directly on our website by EU/UK/EEA consumers, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/83/EU. However, this right does not apply once you have started using the digital content (for example, opened a loot box, equipped a cosmetic, or activated a VIP benefit) — by completing the purchase you expressly consent to immediate provision and waive your right of withdrawal for that item.
3. Subscriptions (VIP)
See Subscription Terms for full details. In short:
- Cancel anytime, effective at the end of the current period.
- Already-paid periods are not refundable, except where required by mandatory consumer law.
4. Loot boxes
Loot boxes are non-refundable once opened. The randomized contents are revealed at opening and constitute the purchased product. See the Loot Box Probability Disclosure for drop rates and rules.
5. Cosmetic items and avatars
Cosmetic items, character avatars, and similar virtual goods are non-refundable once granted to your account, except where required by mandatory consumer law.
6. Exceptional refunds
We may offer refunds outside this policy in exceptional cases: unauthorized purchases on your account, technical errors that prevented you from receiving the item, or duplicate billing. Contact billing@technofeudal.com with your transaction ID, the date, and a description of the problem.
7. Service shutdown
If we permanently shut down the Service, we will provide notice on our website and consider proportionate refunds for active VIP subscriptions and recently purchased non-consumed items, where legally required.
