DEVINSIDERCODE CORP. respects intellectual property rights and responds to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"). This page explains how to submit a notice and counter-notice.

2. Submitting a takedown notice
Your notice must include all of the following (per 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)):
- Your physical or electronic signature, or that of an authorized agent.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the allegedly infringing material, with sufficient detail for us to locate it (URL, account name, in- game asset name, screenshot).
- Your contact information: name, address, phone, email.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, agent, or law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder.
3. What we do
On receipt of a valid notice, we will remove or disable access to the material, notify the user who posted it, and forward your notice (including your contact details) to that user. We may also take action against repeat infringers under our policy below.
4. Counter-notice
If you believe your content was removed in error or misidentified, you may submit a counter-notice with:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the removed material and where it appeared before removal.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good- faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and phone number.
- A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the U.S. federal court in your district, or in the Southern District of New York if outside the United States.
- A statement that you will accept service of process from the original complainant.
5. Repeat infringers
Accounts that repeatedly post infringing content will be terminated. The number of strikes and timing are at our discretion based on severity.
6. False notices
Knowingly false DMCA notices and counter-notices may expose the sender to liability for damages, costs, and attorney's fees under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f). Please consult a lawyer if you are unsure.
