End User License Agreement (EULA)
Last updated: April 18, 2026
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and DEVINSIDERCODE CORP. ("Licensor", "we") for the Techno Feudal client software, including game files, artwork, music, and any updates ("the Software"). By installing or using the Software you accept this EULA.
1. License grant
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and run the Software on devices you own or control, solely for non-commercial entertainment purposes and subject to our Terms of Service.
2. What you do not get
- You do not own the Software — you license it.
- You do not own in-game items, currency, characters, datacenters, or any other virtual property; these are licensed for use within the Service and have no real-world cash value.
- You may not redistribute, sublicense, sell, lease, or rent the Software or any part of it.
- You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Software, except where applicable law expressly allows.
- You may not modify the Software, create derivative works, circumvent technical protections, or run it on emulators or modified runtimes that violate fair-play rules.
3. Updates and changes
We may release updates, hotfixes, balance changes, and new content. Some updates may be required to continue using the Service. The Software may stop working on outdated versions.
4. Service-dependence
Techno Feudal requires an internet connection and access to our backend to function. We may suspend, modify, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, and the Software may stop working when the Service ends. See our Terms of Service for details.
5. Apple App Store users
If you obtained the Software from the Apple App Store, this EULA applies between you and us — Apple is not a party. However, Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries entitled to enforce this EULA against you. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support.
6. Termination
This license terminates automatically if you breach the EULA or our Terms of Service. On termination you must stop using and delete the Software. Sections that by their nature should survive (e.g., ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability) survive termination.
7. Disclaimers and liability
The Software is licensed "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and liability as set out in our Terms of Service.
8. Governing law
This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA.
