Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how DEVINSIDERCODE CORP. ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you use the Techno Feudal website, mobile apps, and related services (the "Service"). By using the Service you accept the practices described below.

1. Who we are

DEVINSIDERCODE CORP. is a company registered in the United States, with its principal office in Brooklyn, NY. We are the data controller for personal data processed in connection with the Service. You can reach us at privacy@technofeudal.com.

2. What data we collect

Account data

When you sign up we collect your email address and authentication identifier (Firebase UID). If you sign up via Google or Apple, we receive your name, email, and profile photo from that provider.

Usage data

We log gameplay events (matches played, assets owned, in-game actions), session timestamps, and basic device information (operating system, app version, language).

Device data

IP address, device model, browser/user-agent string, and screen resolution. We use this for security, fraud prevention, and to diagnose crashes.

Payment data

Purchases of cosmetics, VIP subscriptions, and loot boxes are processed through Apple App Store, Google Play, or our payment provider. We do not store your full card details. We receive a transaction ID, amount, currency, and product purchased.

Communications

Emails you send us, support tickets, and bug reports.

3. Why we process your data

Under GDPR Article 6, our legal bases are:

  • Contract — to provide the Service you signed up for: account creation, gameplay, matchmaking, purchases.
  • Legitimate interest — to keep the Service secure, prevent cheating and fraud, and improve gameplay.
  • Legal obligation — tax and accounting records, responding to lawful requests.
  • Consent — for non-essential cookies, marketing emails, and any optional analytics. You can withdraw consent at any time.

4. Who we share data with

We share data only with vendors that help us run the Service, under binding data-processing agreements:

  • Google (Firebase) — authentication, hosting, crash reporting. Data may be processed in the United States and other regions where Google operates.
  • Apple, Google (Play Store) — payment processing for mobile in-app purchases.
  • Game backend (DigitalOcean) — game state, match history, owned items. Servers are located in the United States.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.

5. International transfers

Because some of our processors are located in the United States, your data may be transferred outside the EU/UK. Where required, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission and equivalent UK transfer mechanisms.

6. How long we keep data

  • Active account data — for as long as your account exists.
  • After deletion — up to 30 days in backups, then anonymized or erased.
  • Purchase / billing records — up to 7 years for tax and accounting law.
  • Server logs — up to 90 days.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correct inaccurate data.
  • Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten").
  • Receive your data in a portable format.
  • Object to or restrict certain processing.
  • Withdraw consent for any consent-based processing.
  • Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

8. California residents (CCPA)

We do not sell personal information as defined by the CCPA. California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion, and to opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" — we already do neither.

We use cookies and similar technologies. See our Cookie Policy for details.

10. Children

Techno Feudal is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us.

11. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards — encryption in transit (TLS), access controls, and least-privilege server permissions. No system is 100% secure, but we work hard to protect your data.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the Service evolves. Material changes will be announced on this page and (for registered users) via email at least 14 days before they take effect.
