Subscription Terms (VIP)

These terms apply to the Techno Feudal VIP subscription ("VIP") and supplement our Terms of Service. Pricing, benefits, and free trial terms applicable to your purchase will be displayed before you confirm payment.

1. What VIP includes

VIP unlocks cosmetic and quality-of-life features that do not affect competitive balance. The current list of benefits is shown on the in-app VIP screen and may change over time. We will not materially reduce benefits during your active billing period without notice.

2. Pricing

Prices are shown in your local currency where supported and include applicable taxes where required. Prices may differ between Apple App Store, Google Play, and our web payment provider due to platform fees and tax rules.

3. Auto-renewal

VIP is an auto-renewing subscription. Unless you cancel before the end of the current billing period, the subscription renews automatically for the same period at the then-current price, and your payment method is charged.

4. Free trial

If a free trial is offered, you must cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged. Free trials are limited to one per user and may not be available in all regions.

5. How to cancel

  • Apple App Store: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Techno Feudal → Cancel.
  • Google Play: Play Store → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Techno Feudal → Cancel.
  • Web: sign in to your portal, open Settings → Subscription → Cancel. (Available when the portal launches.)

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep VIP benefits until then.

6. Refunds

Refunds for subscription payments follow our Refund Policy and the rules of the platform that processed the payment.

7. Price changes

We may change subscription prices for future billing periods. We will notify subscribers by email and in-app at least 30 days before any price increase takes effect. You can cancel before the new price applies.

8. Suspension or cancellation by us

We may suspend or terminate VIP if you breach our Terms or this agreement, or for fraud and chargeback reasons. We will refund the unused portion of the current period in such cases unless the breach was material.
