Children's Privacy

1. Age limit

Techno Feudal is intended for players aged 16 years and older. The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly create accounts for them. By signing up you confirm you meet the minimum age requirement.

2. United States — COPPA

Under the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act ("COPPA"), we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without verifiable parental consent, we will delete that information promptly.

3. European Union — GDPR-K

Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation, the digital age of consent for processing children's data ranges from 13 to 16 depending on the EU/EEA Member State. We set the threshold at 16 across all jurisdictions for simplicity and stronger protection.

4. Parents and guardians

If you believe your child has created a Techno Feudal account without your consent, please email privacy@technofeudal.com with:

  • The child's account email or username (if known).
  • Your relationship to the child.
  • Confirmation that you are the parent or legal guardian.

We will verify the request, delete the account and associated data, and confirm to you by email — usually within 14 days.

5. What we do not do

  • We do not knowingly profile or target advertising to minors.
  • We do not show behavioral ads inside the Service to anyone.
  • We do not sell personal information of any user, including minors.
