Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Techno Feudal website, mobile apps, and related services (collectively the "Service"), operated by DEVINSIDERCODE CORP. ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. By using the Service you confirm that you meet this requirement and that nothing prevents you from entering into this agreement under the law of your jurisdiction.

2. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@technofeudal.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

You may not impersonate other people, register multiple accounts to evade restrictions, or transfer your account to anyone else without our written permission.

3. License to use the Service

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Service for your own non-commercial entertainment.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use cheats, mods, bots, automation, exploits, or third-party software that gives unfair advantage.
  • Buy, sell, trade, or transfer in-game items, currency, or accounts for real money outside official channels.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, except as permitted by law.
  • Harass, threaten, or harm other players. See the Community Guidelines.
  • Upload illegal, infringing, or harmful content (including usernames and profile data).
  • Disrupt, overload, or attempt to break the Service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, including without notice in serious cases.

5. Virtual items and purchases

The Service offers cosmetic items, character avatars, and a VIP subscription, paid in real money via the App Store, Google Play, or our web payment provider. These items are licensed to you for use inside the Service — they are not your property, are non-transferable, and have no real-world cash value.

6. Intellectual property

All Service content, including code, art, music, characters, and the "Techno Feudal" name and logo, is owned by DEVINSIDERCODE CORP. or its licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights.

7. User content

You may submit content (usernames, chat messages, custom emblems where supported). You retain ownership of your content but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute it within the Service for as long as necessary to operate the Service. You are responsible for the legality of your content.

8. Service availability

We aim to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates, regional restrictions, force majeure, and the eventual end of life of the Service may cause downtime. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DEVINSIDERCODE CORP. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, lost profits, lost data, or business interruption arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the greater of (i) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (ii) USD 50.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or anything else that cannot be limited by applicable law.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if continued provision becomes commercially impractical. Upon termination, your license to use the Service ends.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence are not affected.

13. Disputes

If a dispute arises, please contact us first at legal@technofeudal.com — most issues are resolved informally. Otherwise, courts located in New York County, NY have non-exclusive jurisdiction.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced on this page and (for registered users) by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
